Mainboard compatibility

The mainboard in my UE46D6325 was destroyed by a faulty usb-device and needs to be replaced.

According to Samsungs spare-vendor, i need a mainboard called BN94-04627R. And this seems correct, however, I am able to find a motherboard called BN94-04627S, which looks the same but is listed as to fit UE40D6200-series, for half the price.

What does the trailing "S" stand for, and is this card compatible with my TV?
