I have a Samsung monitor with tuner TV:
Model: 2333HD
Model Code: LS23CFEKF/EN
Software Version: T-TMZLDEUC-1000
Firmware version: T-EMMA2DEUB-0106
With this software you can not receive signals MPEG-4. I know that change 2009/09/04_001005 software makes it possible.
How do I?
With Samsung's chat service:
Model 2333HD on the Polish market was sold in three versions:
LS23CFDKF/EN
LS23CFEKF/EN
LS23CFVKF/EN
LS23CFVKF/EN version only has support for MPEG-4 codec, which enables serial reception of digital terrestrial television.
However, from other posts (http://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic2053181.html) shows that the software LS23CFVKF/EN fits to LS23CFEKF/EN.
How to change the firmware on the Samsung 2333HD monitor?
Re: How to change the firmware on the Samsung 2333HD monitor
Are you sure this isn`t hardware dependent? If your tuner supports mpeg-4, then it should work. Check tuner specifications and/or call Service.

Re: How to change the firmware on the Samsung 2333HD monitor
My monitor is the same Model Code: LS23CFEKF/EN
Software Version: T-TMZLDEUC-1000
Firmware version: T-EMMA2DEUB-0106.
I found the mainboard (BN94-02939L) of a screen broken 2333HD LS23CFVKF/EN and I wonder if my monitor will work with no any issues if I only replace the mainboard, so that it can support DVB-T and DVB-C MPEG-4.
Anyone, what do you think?
