Channel list export

Hi, I have a b series Samsung (LE37B679T2S)
And cannot get the secret menu to export channel list to pop up.
I have followed directions found on the forum, make sure sound is set to tv speaker, made sure any net is off,
Turn off tv,
Turn on tv,
Press volume down once
Then press and hold enter for ten seconds.

I have successfully got to the service menu, but I need to export channel list to usb!

Does this only work with particular firmware? Does the tv need to be hacked first?
Does it have to be on antenna channels instead of satellite channels?
Or in a particular menu first?
Please can anyone help?
