MicroDVD subtitles issue

Can anybody confirm problem with subtitles in MicroDVD (frames between{} ) format?
When playing movie with subtitles - movie of 23.976 fps with subtitles works correctly.
When playing movie of other rate (25 or other ) - subtitles goes out of sync?

Model LE37B650T2WXXH version AC05

This is really annoying when you cannot watch movie with subtitles or need to convert them before watching.
