Bluetooth on UN46ES6500

Hello everyone! I'm trying to pair a JBL Bluetooth Speaker to my SmarTv, but the sound transmit menu option that is supposed to have a "serch for devices" only has "enable/disable" and "paired devices" options.
I've tried to enable the bluetooth module on the Service Menu, but in my model there is no "Engineer Options" and i can't find any other menu that changes the bluetooth module configurations.
Can i update/downgrade my tv so that the service menu haves that option for me to use my bluetooth speakers? Where/how can i find the things i need to do it?
