ue46es8000 Update FW 2023

Hello guys,

I am new here, very good job with this forum really really well done, BRAVO !!

I need your help please.

3 days ago I updated the firmware of my TV ue46es8000 to the latest version 2023 (huge mistake), and since the update my TV restarts on its own 10 times per day.
I have already performed a settings reset but the problem is still present.
I tried also to change the battery in the remote as well.

Can someone help me and share the link to download the previous version of the FW 2022 and explain the procedure to downgrade my TV please?
