UE40EH5300 Model on secret menu

Hy.
I have a ue40eh5300 wich was locked to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I´ve managed to unlock it on secret menu and put it to Portugal.
Unfortunatly I´ve changed the model of the tv, now on settings it is identified as ue40es5300.
Can anyone tell me the correct model tu change in secret menu.
I´me affraid of upgrading firmware because of that.
