Video format with chapters

What video formats can I converters for, and put chapters in which subsequently can be played on my Samsung Smart TV?

Which software can be used and which provides a good quality?

mkv container has chapters but no Samsung TV handles chapters, so the answer is: none :)

You can convert chapters to files and put them in one folder :) Then samsung TV even names them as chapters ;)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

If your chapters have correct "intro/outro" it's even more entertaining ;)
