EU40ES6300 SamyGO......help

Hi, I'm trying to install SamyGO on a Samsung EU40ES6300 TV. Already the second day no success. Files installed from 4 different flash disks with the same result, see. picture. I also installed firmware 0000 (I don't see the files on the usb key in the smart hub here) Then I installed the firmware T-MST10PDEUC_2004.1, then I see the SamyGO files in the smart hub, see the installation. picture. Cannot connect to TV (ssh, telenet, filezilla) Procedure exactly according to the pages "viewtopic.php?f=49&t=8721" for MST firmware. SamyGO-F-SM-MST-Fix, SamyGO_data files inserted here on the flash disk (here in the 128mb.xfs folder) Updates disabled in the service menu. After restarting the TV, the SamyGO-E, SamyGO-F-SM-MST-FIX files may not be visible in the smash hub. Can I ask for help what is the solution? I performed a Factory reset and a SmarttHub reset before installing. Thank you Jiri.
