1) two "DP" (digital picture ?) screens: main & sub; full resolution; internally using YUV/YCrCb planar formats (I guess) for post-processing/enhancements etc; main screen is connectable to many different external and internal video/picture sources; sub screen connectivity may be somehow limited;
2) two "OSG" (on screen graphics ?) planes; used for: OSD menus/banners, media player controls, widgets, SDL, TTX, subtitles etc.; basically (A)RGB packed format framebuffers; not able to display video from external inputs (not directly, anyway); limited resolution, uncommon alpha channel implementation ( resolution & alpha channel perhaps fixable with a few tweaks ).
