If you touched the source code, than you needed to include diff file and also don't forget the license too.

I think we needed to start to create svn-git for extension pack...

Yes, but I don't advice to use such a program under TV. It will consume CPU much and leads slow response of remote. Don't know if there is a work around for this... I needed to setup compiling toolchain again for new version...

You can download MLDonkey source and compile. Thats all.
All required packs needed to be available on your setup too.
If they are missing, you will see error messages on compilation.
Include those missing packages and recompile..
