As told above, changing only tuner won't make your hardware HEVC-able if it's not, unfortunately.

I have a qusetion: After replacing the onboard tuner with a T2 capable one can one use a CI H265 MODULE to decode dvb-t2 h265 tv channels?
I have one ES and 2 F series Samsung tvs which are very good and I don't want to throw them away The replacement part for the es series is listed here.. I suppose that ther will be a replacement tuner for the newer F series too..
I live in Greece ..we are still at DVB-T mpeg but in the next few years the DVB-T2 h265 protocol will be used

CI module does decrypt, SoC does decode, not to be mixed up. And CI slot is not any kind of "expansion" slot except for conditional access.
As told just above, no E will ever be able to decode h265 simply because lack of hardware support. Same goes with F, just having doubt about UHD >F9000 (+evokit? maybe...)

I changed my tuner to "DVB_T2CS2". I didnt change it "echo_t2cs".

I don't have this option

Is your previous tuner model BN40-00238A? (The tuner that was originaly in the tv)

My previous tuner it was BN40-00236B
