Hi!

Is the service menu options removed from the TDM in the new 2012 (ES) series?
I really need to change the Movie R/B Offset/Gain settings.

Has anyone found it on the ES series?

On ES8000 , Factory Debug ( Item 10 in Top Debug Menu) is also missing or hidden. I have tried some numbers for hoping to find it but no success.

What firmware are you guys on?
I think it's still in there... I have to look some more when time allows.

This is not TDM, it is the Setup Menu.
But maybe you launched it from TDM.

no i didnt and indeed debug is greyed in TDM

Solved:

The TV had to be in the OFF mode

My TV is PS51e557 FW 1040

I can't enter in TDM menu by RS-232 and AV connector. I try any codes to unlock console but nothing happend. I've tryed TX RX swiching also. Port works normaly(USB to COM). When my TV is turned on I see on console many random ASCII symbols. When tv is off I see only cursor. RS-232 is in debug mode, wachdog off. I think that unlock codes are different than in manual. I've used that FAQ http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/Top_Debug_Menu:_TDM
