I downloaded the file, however my TV does not recognize the file on the USB stick.

Current FW: T-ECPUABC 1031.0
TV Model: UN46ES7000G

If it had worked you most likely would have said goodbye to the TV the file in there for the models with a dif system type in this case T-ECPDEUC, yours like mine are T-ECPUABC, so far I've read that we can no longer downgrade from this firmware 1031.
Most of the procedure was even removed from the forums.
