Is there any way to get PVR on EH5300?

Hi, today i've bought a Samsung UE32EH5300 and i noticed that this model doesn't feature the possibility to record DTV on USB (PVR). Searching the net, i found that in the north american version of TV the PVR is enabled, in the european one the feature were disabled for some reason.

However, i tried to get a look to the service men? and after opened the advanced service menu i found a setting relating the PVR (simply PVR=OFF). So i enabled it thinking that the PVR would be activated. After powered off and on the TV, however, i can't make the PVR working: if i press play on the remote control or the reg button, nothing happen.
If i open in the smart hub the AllShare Play, i could select the TV registration section where i could plan some recording: nothing works. Even if the TV shows the pop up which remind the registration planned, it never start.

So, and this is my question, where is the problem? There is any way to get this function on the TV?

Searching this forum i found that there was other user (with different tv model however) that experience the not-working PVR function even if they enabled it via service menu.

So they try to change the model of their tv to a one that support pvr and then the function works (perhaps a firmware level locking?). do you think that changing my TV model to, i don't know, EH5400 will solve the problem or i will brick my TV?

According to this pdf (http://www.alter.si/tabla/files/1486143 ... li2012.pdf), the TV are the same except for the fact that one is edge led and one is direct led (was the EH series only direct led?)

What FW version are you on? Try updating it...

The firmware is updated to the last version.

@littleblue: so you suggest to change model from service menu to 5400 or 5700? Could i brick the TV making this change?

However, searching the internet, i read that even if i restore default value in menu service in the case where the TV needs technical assistance under warranty, samsung's technician could refuse to repair my tv as they can see that i've entered in the service menu (there is a sort of counter or register). Do you know if this is real or not? If yes, there is a way to reset this counter or register?

Sincerely i knew that the warranty on TV will be lost only if the TV was broken due to bad editing on service menu...

This is my first post,
I have a ue40eh5003p Sansung TV, firmware updated to 1030.0. I tried to enable PVR without success:
with ruSamsungTVCommunicator I have opened sevice menu with hidden options visible, Found PVR and change it to ON.
I have activated only AllShare Play > Recorded TV, but when in DTV channel i press REC button on remote recording doesn't start!
(usb HDD regulary formated from Allshare_recorded TV menu) is there any other menu to activate! some ideas?

I can not see even disabled PRV option under SM. Does it mean that it is not implemented
