Tried factory reset?

from normal menu tv ? yes

i tried it but nothing has changed

And from service menu? You can also try Smarthub reset.

I have only 5 seconds after i turned on tv to do something on it and after a while tv is freezing
"cant do anything only pull the cable from the tv to turn it off"

where i find reset option in service menu ?

how i can do smarthub reset ?

Factory reset in SM is the easiest to find: 1st line of 1st menu, OK->OK->OK should do it...
About Smarthub reset, I think somewhere in Smarthub->Tools->Settings, but not sure you'll have time to reach it

i tried reset smarthub but while is resrarting setting its freezing :/

For me it look like, Samsung change something in NVRAM, and when you have leatest verssion than after back to 0000 NVRAM need to be clean by back to factory, I had simillar in my openwrt router - it also has NVRAM to keep configurations.

1. root? then -> 0000
or
verssion xxx -> 0000 and then problems ? (TV never been rooted)
