#EXTINF: # 1, TVP 2 HD
#EXTVLCOPT: Program = 3116 - http-reconnect = true

Is it possible to list onlineTV add this parameter: program = 3116
Many of the programs it requires for proper playback.
This is the SID channel.
Everything is possible, but you need to work on. I can't help you, because I don't have access to such a stream.

I noticed one more problem, when OnlineTV is running, subtitles from digital cable channels don't showing.

You must read these topics:
1. rtmpgw app
2. Play any your source of live video on TV (e.g. WeebTV...
Ad.1 The problem is that I do exactly like in given link. I updated VideoLAN browser plugin and now I have both video and audio in PC, so rtmpgw is working correctly. Small step ahead.
In OnlineTV still there is neither sound nor image at RTMP channels, only message "Loading..."

Ad.2 Quotation from link you provided: "Extract files and put directory listCH to: /mnt/phpsysinfo/ (the directory on E/F series)."
I do not have this directory on H series. Open question is: do I have to create this directory or copy it to another directory ?

Have you install rtmpgw on TV?

Yes. rtmpgw is listening on port 1935. As I mentioned earlier opening in PC browser URL http://<TV set IP>:1935/?r=rtmp://stream.smcloud.net/live2/eska_rock/eska_rock_720p plays video and sound.
