UE32F6800 - want Firmware Downgrade

Hi to all!
On my TV to set the latest firmware version - 2117.2. I found a fault in the television, presumably this is due to a firmware bug, and it is in 3D mode, flickers the down half of the display backlight. I called customer support Samsung, but the support professional is not able to help me, he said that I'am must apply to the authorized service center, but I have already expired warranty and repairs will cost in the amount of half the cost of this TV. I want to try to install an earlier firmware to compare how the backlight will work with a previous or earlier. But support specialist said that the downgrade can be done. Maybe there are more competent people, and tell you how you can still downgrade to previous firmware version? Some resources on the Internet wrote that the downgrade, you must install a so-called "zero" firmware, if there is such a model for the UE32F6800, and if so, where and how to download it flash? Or maybe there is a simpler way to downgrade?
