black screen after updating

Hello,
I tried to update my f6400 to the 0000 version and when the installation was finished when the TV was restarted,
the screen is black, it sounds but you can not see anything.

after turning it off as samsung told me and leaving it 30 sec off, now the TV turns on by itself and the screen remains black without being able to do anything, the remote does not respond and I can not turn it off

any ideas?

Probably factory reset needed, often after downgrade to 0000. Even if "all black", quick enough, blindly you should have time to do it before TV hangs. Either:
-INFO+MENU+MUTE+POWER to reach service menu... then OK+OK+OK to reach and confirm reset
or
-Press EXIT on RC for 10 seconds.

Also the juusso's trick, in case backlight is off, can help to see something: light panel with a torch.

nothing, I've tried the reset, and it does not do anything, it stays the same

I'm afraid it's going to touch me to call the official service to get it fixed

You should have few seconds after bootup before rc stops to respond, hence be quick.

If no luck, better change mainboard yourself than ask Samsung, will cost you much less...

Did someone fix the issue like above ? I have the same and no idea how to fix.
I have tried factory reset -> servcie menu 3x OK, eeprom reset, but TV is still coming only for 10sec. so I went thru startup menu by powering off and on, now when I'm go into menu I have greyed software update so I can do upgrade. Is there any possibility to put new firmware into by external cable ?

For next users like me, I solved problem with black screen.
Open TV, short reset pin on mainboard (like on wiki - hard reset for eeprom), switch on TV and wait until screen will be grey (looks like empty analog signal) then unshort reset pin, TV will work normal till next reboot (screen will work), and wait until update menu will be available then update TV by correct firmware.
