I do not know how to donate or how much money is needed.
Is it only possible with bitcoins? I do not know where to buy them safely.
Is it possible to root and install OSCAM on an F7000 with 1134 firmware?

Have you already get rooted 1134 successfully?
If so, OSCAM might work as usual because the hardware does not change.

I have rooted ue40f5300 with donate mode with 2104 firm., But now hangs up slowed and some faults happening
Youtube didnt open or not
Smarthub totally crashed not opened
Shutdown with remote sometimes not working, only switch off from connector helps, the same with power on
Watchdog and OTN disabled, maybe this problem hardware or soft?
Or need updating the firm? Im afraid fir these..
