OC not working properly after mainboard replacing

Hello,
f9000 - as the title, i had my mainboard replaced with a f9090 mainboard. I changed the region and have everything working properly in hub, but i have problem with hdmi/antenna/optic audio, they have voltage but if i scan for channels, nothing is found, hdmi is not sending signals, and TOSLINK is not sending audio. Usb working well, it plays files and music.
Have i to reset OC in some way?
PS: i tried to perform a factory reset
