Help a newbie

Hi All
I have a UE55F7000 and unfortunately it has now updated the firmware causing problems with Netflix.( I am uk based but use a vpn router to access usa Netflix) I don't really understand a lot of the information on here and would really like an idiots guide to fixing this problem.
Having searched the forum and become a donor I can see that there are ways to fix it, but I am not confident that I fully understand what I need to do.
