Tool for decrypting .srf-files from F-series on a windows pc ?

Hi,
I wonder if there is a tool like "DeSTRoi" or "DRMDecrypt_win3264" to decrypt a single .srf-file for the F-series on a windows system ?
I have a F6200-series tv and just want to decrypt one recording (that i have on usb-stick) without rooting my tv.
If so can somebody please give me a link.
