samsung account greyed out

after a reset, I can not install apps because I can not Login to the Samsung account because it's greyed out. what's the problem here?

today I was trying to install samygo and I only had to go to more apps and plug in the stick and all of the apps appears and get installt an i had acces to the samsung acount login. I tryed to remove the stick and then the apps i tryed to start was not available and the samsung login also. after i put the samygo stick back everithing was ok again. can someone explain me what that means?
