I want to have the camera stream on my TV. Is there a change make it as a sender on the channelliste?

If iti not work, then which app works?

Camera Infos:
Stream: rtsp
Codec: H.264

TV:
Samsung UE40F8090 with root
Samsung UE32J6350 with root
