What is it? T-GFP8DEUC? 2350 doesn't sound like T-NT14, you're being mixed up by archive containing 2 differents. Know exact name by going into menu->support->contact samsung.
It won't recover flash anyway, support has been removed from browser widget as well, independently from fw...

Hi all,
I am rading your website since this morning. I have T-NT14UDEUC 1160 firmware and even in extended menu, the option "OTN Support is not there. Not even grey. The list stops at "SWU Fail Test .... OFF". Any ideas please?

Block updates on router. No other way. Tough I still think you did NOT enter extended service menu or you did NOT find correct place. Check all options. I did NOT encounter ANY device on which in extended service menu there wasn't such option at all
