Dreambox vs SmartTV

Dear all,

I own a dreambox/VU+ and just got a Samsung UE65J7000 TV containing double DVB-T2 DVB-S2 tuners.

Is it feasible to copy a binary file to the smartTV (oscam) with as little operation as possible ?

My point is that the need is just to upload a programm and make it automatically start with TV, but if this is really risky, better to do it on a less expensive device like a set top box.

Quickly parsing the forum I think to have understood, this TV is not yet hackable, and that recorded video cannot be decoded easily on any other device.
