How can I install the rt73 module on LE37C650 model?

Please try your dongles at PC linux and identify which driver works for it.
You have to be sure which drivers are working for your dongle BEFORE you start.
After you can start to look for kernel modules for TV, if its working with "rt" drivers.

I have taken a look into the wikipages and found it in this list:
