Enable IP remote support

I have a UN48J5200 I'm trying to use The Simple Control (formerly Roomie) app to Controles my tv via IP wifi... The app finds my tv but my tv never gives me a code to pair it... I'm guessing this option is disabled for this unit...

Is there a way to enable ip remote pairing in the service menu?

It works fine on my 63C8000. It should also be noted that the smart view app works on the c8000 but not the J5200.
