Help firmware version 9999

Hello I have a samsung UE55J65300 which after a few changes in the services menu I have the software version 9999 what can I do in this case? Are there solutions without changing the motherboard?

Is your tv rooted?

No not hawe root for i's tv.

No solution then, your fw is certainly much too recent to get root anyway. I was just wondering how you got info.ini and logs, I probably missed the way to dump

From the services menu I saved the error dump, the solution would be to change the motherboard? Do not store TV channels DVT and also the data for the app smart-hub on the motherboard there is a Epron that could be restored?
