trouble with un32j5500

Hi,
Im having non stop trouble with my un32j5500 tv. samsung support have been no help. i cannot load apps onto the tv or connect to remote assistance, however the network status always says its connected to the internet and i have tried changing dns settings too. also tried resetting smart hub and doing a complete reset through service menu. no luck. have included a pic of what i am faced with when trying to load any apps.

i am on firmware 1219 and eagerly hoping an update will resolve it, or maybe someone here can :) Thanks.
