Need to Install Tubi App on Samsung K Series(Tizen)

I am sure you are familiar with Tubi app.
It is available to download in North America and Australia through Samsung Smart TV App Store but not available in Europe.
Can I download the Tubi app for Tizen OS on a USB flash and then install it manually on my K series?
If so, where can I download it from?
