Hello,

first thanks for the howto, it worked fine for me on my UE32C6700 (latest FW), after changing sda to sda1 and renaming to T-VALDEUC.
But there is one strange problem: Executing the run.sh file only works the first few times/minutes. After this (usally I get to out of hotelmode, restore my chanlist and can use samygo until I turn the TV off) the hack seems to "disappear".
By the time I'm writing this, the TV turned itself off while still in Hotel Mode (It only showed "No channel found" a couple of minutes, so I guess its a feature). After turning it on again, the TV didn't executed the run.sh again, although I pressed no button between "Restore from USB" (which successfully started samygo) and turning it back on. So although I did nothing, it already 'forget' about the hack just becaue it was off.
Does anybody else have this problem? Is there a fix? It seems to me like its writing to any kind of RAM/Flash-Memory which gets deleted after turning the TV off and which is essential for this hack, but I'm not really familiar with this.

I tried SamyGO.sh and SamyGo.sh now, both never get executed, run.sh stops beeing executed after some (random?) time. Although I can say now that powering off the TV is not the problem. I just let the TV off for a couple of minutes, turned it back on, and run.sh got executed. After turning it off and on again, it stopped beeing executed -.-

I try it, but not work good.
My TV is LE40C570 (MSX5DEUX), same as C550, but with sat. receiver.

I try step by step manual from first post.
with /dev/sda1 modification
hack work, after plug USB I can see "run.ok".
But I have any chanel.

after new sat scan, hack not work.
after import previous channel hack not work.

have you any help?
I want smb mount to NAS, bypass LDNA.

I think you have the same problem as I have: The hack is gone after some time (see the few posts above). So I'm not the only one, I hope somebody can soon say how to fix this.

One "simple" question.
After hack, I change hotel mod bact to off.
Is this ok, or hotel mod MUST be ON?

hotel mode must be off. after this import your exported channel settings.

Ok, this hack work with LE40C570, with this modification (rem/# all lines in "link2" file).
Hooray, hooray,...

juuso and other samygo developer for president!

Give me a few days for testing.

One note.
If you'll read the above instructions - you'll see that link2 file creates the /mtd_rwarea/usb_mount/killself.sh script that would delete itself and other scripts 120 seconds after TV is powered on. So the TV would return back to non-hacked mode.

So if you'll need the fulltime hack - comment or remove the following lines in link2:
