Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

hosts file

Code: Select all

# cat /etc/hosts

127.0.0.1 msecnd.net
127.0.0.1 samsungotn.net
127.0.0.1 samsungqbe.com
127.0.0.1 samsungads.com
127.0.0.1 www.samsungotn.net
127.0.0.1 test.samsungotn.net

127.0.0.1 test.samsungotn.com
127.0.0.1 osb-apps.samsungqbe.com
EDIT:
After pinging directly from tv shell noticed that osb-apps.samsungqbe.com is not 127.0.0.1 but pinging on router it is 127.0.0.1 don't know how that is possible, restarted router and its seems ok now, strange! I am soo sorry for writing question but anybody tell me where I can download tizen arm toolchain, need to compile new oscam

root works, ssh and ftp is ready.
when trying to Re-enable SWU services via telnet i get the following error message.

A dependency job failed. See system journal for details.

what does that mean?

Well, did you try to start software update from menu anyway?

Ok, so if services don't want to restart, let's just not stop them. Edit SYSROOT/run1.sh and comment these lines (add # at the beginning of each)

Code: Select all

systemctl --no-block --no-reload stop swu-core-tv.timer
systemctl --no-block --no-reload stop swu-core-tv.service
systemctl --no-block --no-reload stop swu-verifier-tv.service
systemctl --no-block --no-reload stop swu-service.timer
systemctl --no-block --no-reload stop swu-service.service
Then reboot TV, and repeat downgrade procedure skipping services step.

when rooting first time everything works fine.
after editing run1.sh and restart root does`t work any more.
i deleted SamyGO.shm but root does`t work either.
what ist going wrong. root-j is in autostart of smart hub. system settings and smart hub settings are set.
still connecting with a samsung account. should that be deactivated, too?

:?:
Not a single line is there just to look pretty... Also fw downgrade is not something you should attempt at first, with zero knowledge of your root imho.
You probably broken run1.sh with wrong text editor, restoring original file will surely help to restore root.
Btw, SamyGO.shm deletion implies again:

Do not edit files trought winscp text editor, I have noticed that scripts gets corrupted and can't run which is probably because problem with ftpd? Do it manually on your pc than just simple upload back. Do not forget to check if you have succesfull block of the folowing domain osb-apps.samsungqbe.com , check it directly from tv with command ping osb-apps.samsungqbe.com . Thanks zoelechat for link!
