samsung le40b620 : SUB U-COM and network type configuration

What is your firmware and version?
Do you tested to connect from ExLink port or you don't even try it?

1. Did you set rs232-Jack to debug in service menu? If you have UART there, you get blank screen in terminal until you change to debug.
2. Did you set Watchdog to off?
3. Do you use connection parameters for com(serial) connection:

Code: Select all

Baudrate: 115200
Data bits: 8
Parity: none
Stop bits: 1
Flow Control: none

4. And finally, do you have functioning ExLink cable?

Sub u-com does not have anything common with ExLink (i do not know exact but i guess) and your problem are just bad settings in service menu or i n terminal or bad cable.
