QE49Q7FAML (UK) usage in Germany

Hey Folks - Long time no see...

Just to be on the save side. I went a bit rusty regarding TV stuff
I have the possibility to buy an used TV Q 2017 (QE49Q7FAML) - must be UK Modell.
I want to use it in Germany.

Is it possible to use it with full functionality in Germany incl. HbbTV?
I guess I have to change Local Set in Advanced Service Menu as well as Smart Hub Region for that?
Service Remote control (bought long time ago for my 2012er ES TV) is available.

Main reason to buy this older Modell can be found in Extras

I have the feeling that nobody's gonna reply if I don't (as usual?). So if you ask me I'd say all European's are now same (but I might be wrong).
About current QM root, beware that it's now tested only on sectroyer's antique fw, and that we know it stopped to work somewhere in late ones. You may bug him anyway depending on success

Is HbbTV STILL used in Germany? Really here only last channel using it but they are also the last using teletext All channels moving to vod and stuff like that. I wouldn't buy new tv with criteria about support for obsolete and deprecated technologies...

And yes - regarding TV standards Germany is more than slow. Most bigger TV stations are still using it.
And somehow I got used to it - For missed news programms or documentations...
This Q would be for my appartment at work (other city) - so it wouldn't be that bad if it didn't work.

OK and understand - Will see if I wanna play that game.

It only means that now we have only reliable testers and we can focus on fixing bugs and adjusting for code for testers
