Did you check in MRT option and Engineer option?cedricc wrote: ↑Mon Dec 13, 2021 6:43 pm Hello,
I took photos of the service menu (opened with INFO + FACTORY).
I have already changed :
OTA support : general > OFF
BT Non-Discoverable : OFF > ON
INSTANT ON : ON > OFF
ALWAYS INSTANT ON SUPPORT : ON > OFF
In the main MENU, FMS and Advanced are empty.

Well I didn't enter to service menu in my neo qled for now so I can't tell you more. Maybe they changed structure of that menu. I don't know
Did you succed? When you entered to service menu with app tv must be on some aerial channel. Now I sow on your fotos looks like you were on YouTube apps Try with this app Samsung Service Remote Controlcedricc wrote: ↑Mon Dec 13, 2021 9:05 pm Thank you for the video.
I think that for neo qled, the module is now WIFI/Bluetooth and IR so removing the cable will not be possible. THere will be no way to control the TV with an IR remote.
I was not able to use the FACTORY+3SPEED trick because it runs a special video test.
But perhaps, there is another way to unlock some settings ?
Another possibility, would be to connect a usb-serial and use putty to make a serial connection. But I don't know what sort of cable I need : for neo qled the serial connection is usb.
And I don't know the password to use after the connection.
But, with a "serial" connection, perhaps there are more settings available.
