I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

Once you enter there Remember always take a picture from service menu.
You need to enter to Extended Service Menu. How to you can find here on forum.
Read twice before you go there how to move etc...
In which country did you buy this TV? if it's Italy then You will need to change local set to for example EU_Spain or another where is enabled PVR by default.
