PVR enabling

I have Samsung 65qn95b and PVR functionality in my country (Slovenia) is disabled. I didn't know that until the TV was at home. After some googling (https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/ ... -p/5488930) I discover that in some other EU countries PVR options are available. I would now like to know if there is a way how to enable time shift and recordings? I already looked in the technical menu but I didn't found anything.

Maybe You will need to change local set and also BOM model in extended service menu.

Remember always take a picture of default settings.

I'm sorry, my bad.
On these new models, it seems that maybe you need to change the SW model (if it's different in your case) or check the model code as for your country it can be a reason is disabled PVR in service menu by this model code. What do you have in your SM? Also check in the extended service menu if there is a BOM model option. Maybe is there, I don't know because I don't have that model.
