There is tutorial in first post. If you have issues following you also probably don't know how to block updates correctly. I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

this exploit seems to use a bug in the webkit of this older firmware in javascript, but since this tv is super old now and the version of webkit its running is cranky and riddled with exploits (latest version is 538.1), i wonder if it would be possible to use CVEs for 538.1 to hack this TV on latest firmwares.
does anyone know where i can find these, because id be willing to spend some time bringing over exploits for them.
