2160p no longer working on any device

Hi. I have a 65JS9000

Yesterday I noticed my Apple TV had lost its 4K option under resolution settings. I tried a playstion pro which said 2160p unavailable. I thought it may have been a problem with the HDMI cables, so I tried both devices with the same cable on a newer Samsung tv in the house. 4k worked fine.

So devices, and all my cables are working fine at 4k. Which just leaves the JS9000 as the problem.

I’ve done a reset through the self diagnostic menu. Still no luck. Firmware was up to date

What else can I try? Maybe a full fresh firmware? What do you think?

Factory reset now done through service menu.

Any next steps would be greatly appreciated
