Apologies if this post is in the wrong thread or infringes upon any board rules.
I noticed some threads had specific areas for this type of request and others didn't.
I was hoping someone could help me or point me in the right direction regarding a solution to issues I'm having with a Neo QLED 8k 65" .
For no apparent reason the unit has started flickering and showing a doubled or tripled imaged from top to bottom. It happens intermittently and seems to be triggered by my video games console. Game mode is currently off, because when it's turned on the TV simply goes into an endless loop of restarting, and displaying in black & white and fully blurred.
