Enabling PVR - DVR in the USA on Samsung B series

I have a S95B purchased and located in the USA and would appreciate a detailed process to enable the PVR. I have tried to change the Local_Set to Caribbean as I have discovered in other Series TVs forums, but the options were limited to None, USA, Canada, and Mexico).

Would appreciate any help or guidance.
