frozen at step 3 in setup

I was having a problem logging in to Discovery+

Recently I did a factory reset on bad (?) advice - was successful but now tv is stuck at Step 3 in the setup. Nothing will cause a change - I've unplugged and everytime I power on, right back to screen stuck on step 3. Any advice would be much appreciated! I'm a newbie!

Came across the service menu hack and while having it displayed, pressed source on remote and Samsung TV+ content became visible! I'm thinking there is hope!

Questions:

How to exit service menu? I turn tv off and on and it returns to the screen as above (step 3).

Anything I can change in service menu to get past step 3 in setup?

What is step 3?

Current setup is Nothing attached, connected via wifi
