Does your TV is CI or CI+?
And do you read B series wiki pages?

Ah, I don't realized that this is actually second page of topic
Since netsurf starts and working, I think PVR+ needed to start on your TV too.
Do you try other versions of PVR software or just tried PVR+?
And also do you try to record with "Debug Menu"? Wiki page shows how you could record with it.
I don't know actual reason of error that you have on application startup...
Might be it's better to watch the kernel messages via "dmesg" command to watch if any exception occurs when programs tried to start.

"Still" thats your first post.
You can place SamyGO.sh first with "Telnet Firmware" to enable it with Advanced Firmware. Alternatively depending your FW, you can also enter TV from ExLink.
Normaly placing required folder will enable menus.
