I am searching cheap ralink chipped wifi adapters. And I found this one is cheap. Will buy and try if "hardware way" works on it

Another one is more expensive, but uses rt3070. Worth a try? Also the black is available.

Don't know, I just wanted to have something with external antenna for trying to crack some WEP signals.
I don't use some ones internet but It's fun to phone them (most one uses phone number as ADSL username ), telling their address and asking them to switching to WPA politely

Anyway, There is also rt3072 variant offers 300Mbps be using dual antenna for $14. Does it worth to MIMO? Since both antennas are 2.4Ghz... Don't think if it's really changes speed. Also TV doesn't have any benefit from that. (Unless I configure it like a WDS node )

No law could restrict cracking WEP. But could restrict use someones else connection. Those are different.
Cracking is OK, using NOT
I just like cracking, not using.
Also your referred dongle is 802.11g 54Mbps for ?14,18!!!!
Who will buy it since could buy 150Mbps dongle from $9 or 300Mbps one from $14 (That I bought recently)?

Here is Turkey. You can believe, there is no law exists if you have enough money. Even if you kill someone poor, you probably don't see the prison.
But if you are officer/newspaperman/academician or businessman who think different than government, it's exception to get out from prison. The case called "Ergenekon", similar to Hitlers judgement cases to his opponents... You can see imprisonment with no reason but some anonymous letters as an evidence that claims something illogical about you.

In Germany the law is something different. If you use hacking tools to crack a secured connection it can be cursed with one year imprisonment.

Why? What's wrong with it?
I have no control over download servers IP restrictions since they are hosted by SF, USA...
Since the server on USA, Download are needed to compatible with American laws\ not Germans
Or I am in deep wrong like Samsung?
