Can I do this with a D series TV?

I know this might be answered somewhere else, but I searched through the wiki and the forum and I'm not really sure about the answer.

This is what I want to do:
I want to connect the TV to a PC, and the TV should send to the PC the channel that is being viewed. I suppose I would have to program that myself unless there is already an application for that. Can I do that connection and transfer that data?

I am really new at this, and I want to be sure before I buy an expensive TV. I really appreciate any help.

Possible. But I have doubt's if there is useable already.

There is some steps to follow,
*Disable TV PVR encryption.
*Record stream via PVR
*Than feed data into a IP socket to serve any PC that requested...
