I don't know if this is the correct group, but i'm having issue to play .mkv files which embedded with subtitle file. The subtitle did not appear while playing it. I bought my TV (UA40D5000) about a year ago and i still can't find out what is the problem. So far, it will play fine if the media file come separately with subtitle file. Is there any way to fix this? I tried to contact with local samsung support but they also have no idea what is wrong with my TV.
