I've tried it and it seems to be writing to my USB drive in the TV!
I noted when i looked at the partitions, that the '0' was the largest, but wasn't sure if it had any significance. Does that one effectively hold all the other partitions?

all what you need is dump of mtd_rwcommon only (/dev/mmcblk0p19).i don`t think you find any browser history traces on read only partitions...

but if you like to find some interesting internet pages its simpler to use google

you are sure that old owner know that you like to get browser history?
