DLNA NAS over bridge router can't be discover

I need change my home net for power up wifi range so I have install a second router in home

Cable Modem-router is near tv: Samsung LE32B650 , and it's linked with a neutral wifi router C300BRS4A with Ethernet cable
Once is 192.168.1.1 and other 192.168.0.1

I need connect TV over the 192.168.1.1 router and I would prefer connected NAS over 192.168.0.1 one

The problem is that with this structure I was not able to access via DLNA with Samsung Tv

Any ideas for setting router or tv?
